Im taking the SAP HANA Cloud Plattaform course and, in unit 5, when I have to add a SAP HANA Cloud server, I can not finish because I get the following authentication error:

I am totally sure that my user, account and pass are rigth. Could someone tell me how to solve this problem, or give me any contact in order to write them?
