Points deducted?

Hi,

Last night I had 520 points. Today, someone has "Liked" a document of mine. Now I have 518 points ?! What's happening?

Hi Julie,

There must have been more unlikes than likes since last night. Deductions aren't included in the points history but you can see them on the reverse side of the expertise cards.

For example, here's what's on the reverse of SAP NetWeaver Business Client:
