STO - purchase order history not updated

Hi all,

I have an STO (Delivery). When doing the PGI, the purchase order history is not getting updated.

This is affecting the Stock in Transit; the material will remain "In Transit" in negative sign.

How can the PO history be updated?

PGI will not update your PO history , Its standard process .

It will not affect your stock in Transit . Please give more details on how your stock gone -

Dear Manu,

The STO is created with Delivery via Shipping (SD Route). We have to create a Delivery (T-Code VL10B), and do the PGI based on the Delivery.

The Delivery Number is updated in the Purchase Order History, but the PGI is not.

And this is causing a difference in the Stock in Transit report.

the goods issue will update in the purchase order history in standard STO process with outbound delviery:

Kifah Yacoub, do you find the goods issue in the document flow of VL03N?

Yes i can find it in the document flow.

But i cannot find it in the Table EKBE.

Is it a single problem, or do you have this issue with all your STOs?

No we are having this problem for all STO's.

Is there any configuration that can be done?

Is it related to the Movement Type? We are using movement Type 643 instead of 641.

I am certain even 643 will be in EKBE table.

I am not aware of any specific customizing needed to achieve this.

Are you in a new system?

can you open the material document that you see in document flow of your delivery either from there directly or in MIGO?

what if you search EKBE in SE16 using this number, do you get a hit?

we are using the system for a long time.

the material document can be displayed normally. I couldnt find it in EKBE.

I suggest to open a call at SAP as it is general problem

for an individual issue the correction report from OSS Note 433505 - Order history for delivery does not exist could help to regenerate the missing entries in EKBE
