Hi Experts,
During the Payroll run, the Medical exemption is getting calculated for the employee of one Allowance grouping but not for other.Medical reimbursement wage type is same for both the allowance grouping.I have checked the T7INA9 table the Medical Wage type is assigned to both the Allownace grouping.
However , Medical exemption is calculated for one employee grouping only.
Please guide me how to reslove the issue.

In addition to Rajes, please check the tax code assignment it should be one to one. Ex: if you are having two different medical reimbursement wage types you should assign two different tax codes for the same.

Check the Employee grouping to Allowance grouping maintanance in Table:V_T7INA3 against the Payscale type,Payscale Area Payscale Group & Exemption amount maintanance date in IT0582.

Medical exemption takes place when we maintain the 0582 entry. If you are following the same process, and as you said the WT is working fine for one of the allowance group then my suggestion is to look at the master data maintenance once. May be some thing went wrong
