No Vendor (creditor) found for MRP element

Hi

We do not have Quota Arrangement or Scheduling Agreement.

We have a valid source list, however we got an warning message as No Vendor (Creditor) found for MRP element in MD04

Referred OSS note 109380, but still not clear what could be the potential problem as validity of Source list exists with fixed vendor and MRP indicator-1

Any clues?
