Hi,

You have one option in CAC1, 'workdays only'. This will display and allow user to book time only for workdays. It takes input from your factory calender about working and non-working days.

I hope this will help you to meet your requirement.

Hi Pramod,

thanks for replying

I had done this but due to factory calender in scal transaction when we select factory calender and trasport then system say All public holidays, public holiday and factory calendars will be transported. All public holidays, public holiday and factory calendars will first be deleted in the target system.

so please let me know if any impact with cross module.

Hi,

I am not sure what are all the business areas use the same calender. One of the easy option would be to have new calender created for time sheet purpose and get it transported. Although I suggest to weigh your decision based on existing business process design.

The warning is saying that when you transport the new calendars any changes in the PRD system will be deleted.  It is sometimes standard practice to maintain calendars directly in the PRD system and not transport them.  If you have not maintained calendars directly in the PRD system then it is no problem.

From your problem I assume that your calendars are saying you have a 7 day work week and all days are workdays.  Changing the calendar should fix this.
