Error with Sales invoice import

Hi All,

I am importing sales invoice into business one using DTW.

There is existing price list in business one for items on the invoice import template.

Eventhough I have specified different prices for these items in my import template, when I import, the system disregards the specified prices and uses the existing price list in business one per item.

Can anyone help me get the system to pick the specified prices in the import template.

Many thanks,

Millicent.

Hi Nagarajan,

Thanks for your response.

I do not want to change the existing pricelist, since it will be used for other invoicing purposes.

What I want is to have the prices specified in my sales invoice import template to be reflected in Business one after the import.

Instead of the prices in the template being disregarded by the system and displaying existing pricelist.

Many thanks,

Millicent

Hi,

The above SAP note is not for updating price list. How to set price list while importing.

Thanks & Regards,

Nagarajan

Hello Nagarajan,

The query was not helpful to what i needed.

Found a field (Price before discount) on the Sales template.

The prices were put in that field and the imported data contained the specified prices.

Many Thanks,

Millicent.
