BPC custom menu freezes

We have a user that keeps running into this recurring problem when he tries to access our BPC sales page.  Every time he goes to this sales page it locks up and just says finalizing at the bottom of the screen.  On the page there are several shortcuts and he is unable to access any of them.  The interesting thing is, when I sign onto BPC from another computer using his credentials I am able to access these links.  This would lead me to believe that the problem is localized to his machine but I have re-installed both BPC and excel to no avail.  Any suggestions or ideas?  I have been working on this problem for weeks and I have exhausted all leads.  I have attached a photo of exactly where it is freezing up.  Thanks!

Hi Braden, not sure but try this. Delete his BPC profile from the system. Delete his access from the BPC. Match excel setting between systems - where its working and not working. Eg Excel options setting and Macro Setting. Also please check on excel Version SP is matching too. 

Give access back to user and login fresh.
