How to mark costing relvancy field for multiple BOM Items?

Hi Experts

I have to mark costing relevancy key(X) for more than 4000+ BOM items, is there a standard(T.code) mass way to achieve this, please assist.

Note: Multiple BOM with selective sub-items have to marked for cost relevancy not all the items of a BOM header.
