BO Explorer Information Space doesn't open from BI Launchpad

Hello experts,

While working with BO 4.2 SP 2, we published some Information Spaces from the Explorer Application to the BI Platform. They seem to be working fine from the application, but when we try to open them via BI Launchpad they're not responding. They don't open. The Launchpad doesn't send an error or some message, it just doesn't open.

The information spaces have a HANA source via relational connection and the security and connections are working fine.

I read an old thread that this would be correct at some point in a lower version of the product. Could you please help me with this issue?
