Web dynpro applications without EP?

Hi,

Maybe this "beginner" question has already been answered in the past : sorry for re-asking if this is the case.

At a first glance at Web dynpro / EP architecture, i am not quite sure wether it is possible to access web dynpro applications from a browser, without EP installed. Is that possible?
