Dispatcher : Running but Message Server Unreachable

Hi Gurus / Expert,

I have try to start my SAP MMC but when it start, the dispatcher turn into yellow.

This is my developer trace

Hello

Check the dev_w0 trace file

Also execute R3trans -d and check the resulting trans.log file.

Hello,

It can be a problem with shared memory.

Could you try this:

  • Stop the system.
  • cleanipc <sap_system_nr> remove
  • Try again to start the system.

cleanipc doesn't work on a Windows machine.

Yes, that's right. It is available in unix platforms. Sorry.

I am not sure, but if it is a memory issue, and you do not want to spend a lot of time, you may have to try a reboot. Did you?

yeah i try to reboot it but still yellow. i m so confuse with this, because there is nothing happen, i have check the ip at hosts and its right nothing false.
