Default Group Collaborator

Hi Experts

Under Setup > Document Setup > General > Document Security Templates > Master Agreement Security Template you can navigate to the New Document tab and add an entry to the table with Principle Type "Specified User" and add your user account. This way you will be automatically added as a collaborator on each new master agreement created.

I need to default one user Group as "Collaborator" & other user group as "Reviewer" by default to every master agreement. Is this possible by standard and how to do this?
