Problems activating bing maps

Hello good afternoon! I have a problem when activating the bing maps or google maps, in silverlight it tells me that I need to activate the mashup but it is already active, someone could help me please.

Hi,

Could you please confirm have you entered the API keys for the Bing maps ? With a valid API key it should work

--Please click on Show API key option, then you will get text field to enter the API key.

Did you purchase API key from Microsoft? If so Please check back with Microsoft for the validity of the API key. Even with valid API key if you are still facing issues, please raise an incident from the respective tenant.

Also please note API keys for Bing maps can be purchased by Microsoft and for Google maps we request you to use the API key provided by SAP. To get the Google maps API key please create an incident.

Additional info: Bing maps works only with Silverlight client and Google maps works only in HTML5 and RUI clients.

So depending on the users usage activate the respective maps because it is not recommended to have both the maps activated at the same time.

Hi,

Can you please make sure that API keys are enabled. to check please click "Enter API Keys";

here check if API keys are properly entered. If it is entered then it will show you green icon:

else it will show you and blank light;

Hello Saurabh.

Effectively the icon goes blank, but on the outside before clicking on 'Enter api keys' it goes green. I do not know what else to do. :( I teach you in images what happens to me.

If you know how to help me, I would appreciate it.
