Not able to activate a data source

Hi Experts,

After successful importing the transport containing data source in ECC system i replicated the data source as 'RSDS' in BW. After replicating i try to activate the same using program 'RSDS_DATASOURCE_ACTIVATE_ALL' ,as i am not authorize for RSDS , but it remains in 'M' version.

Can you please check and suggest how to activate the same.
