Dbacockpit :No Free handle, could not load dbdb6slib.o

Hi Gurus,

We are getting following error while remote db connection testing with the following for a DBACOCKPIT:

ENVironment : solman existing db is oracle , remote system db is DB2 , OS: AIX 7.1

-->in solman: SOL: TA sa38-->ADBC_TEST_CONNECTION--><Target DB SID>-->dev_w1 traces as below
