Creating a new line item under IT0585

Dear Friends,

Whether it is Uttarakhand's devastating floods and landslides or recent vulnerable cyclonic storm Philin in Odisha this year, Thanks to the Govt.,Private

organizations, NGO, Charity who come forward to help the affected people !!!

Employees contribute their one day\ one month salary to the respective Chief Minister's\ PM relief fund . Here SAP comes into picture !!!

At present, In IT0585 there's no line item called "Contribution to Chief Minister's Relief fund" under section 80G.

If I create one line item(changing in table V_T7INI5 : making a copy of line item 7 for 80G ) in IT0585, will there be any implications as I am changing

standard SAP Table (Before making change I get a message : Don't make any SAP changes) ?

Experts, Need your valuable suggestion before I move on 😊

If it's fine, what more steps I've to follow \ need to test to avoid all implications .
