User unable to view PDF

Hi,

I have a user who suddenly cannot view a sales order, purchase order, etc in PDF format. The user clicks on the PDF link and gets nothing. I logged into her PC as admin and into SAP as admin and it works great!

I remember having this issue a couple of years ago and it was the version of Adobe Reader but that version of Adobe Reader was buggy.

For the heck of it - I downgraded the reader to V9.x and still nothing.
