fund usage generation issue

Dear Experts,

We are integrating TPM with Trade Funds.

We have done all the necessary settings as per SAP help and other available documents.

Fund is also getting associated with Trade Promotion and on release of TP, fund usage is also getting generated.

But the issue is that the Fund usage doesn't have any amount in "reserved" key figure.

In other words, the Fund usage is having zero values.

Tried to search in this forum and I can see that there are many similar queries posted by others but there is no response.

Would appreciate if someone who has come across the solution can share it for everyone's benefit.

N.B. We are using SAP CRM 7.0 EHP1 and customizing is done so that the fund usage generates a value for "Reserved" key-figure for system status "Released" of TP.

Hi Animesh,

This can be caused by many issue: keyfigures not correctly set, wrong Status Driven Event and so on.

Without any additional input is very complex to answer to your question.

Do you have BPS in your landscape? In the past I had similar issues and found that some settings (I don't know which) were missing on the BPS side. The value of a certain 'Period Type' field was incorrect. Please have a look.
