unplanned depreciation not posted to fi

Hi Experts,

I have executed the unplanned depreciation,  its got posted to asset accounting. Then i have executed the AFAB but its not updated to the FI.

I have checked the GL assignment, everything is fine

Please suggest me what would be the problem

Hope AFAB is run for both 5& 6 period.  Did you try double clicking the posted depreication amount from 'Posted values' tab in AW01N?  What does it indicate?

Hi,

I hope you have gone through the following settings.

1. Financial Accounting (New) > Asset Accounting > Valuation > Depreciation Areas > Define Depreciation Areas. Here for unplanned depreciation, you might have defined Only negative values or zero allowed
2. Financial Accounting (New) > Asset Accounting > Depreciation > Unplanned Depreciation > Determine Depreciation Areas. Here please check, whether check box is activated.
3. Financial Accounting (New) > Asset Accounting > Depreciation > Unplanned Depreciation > Assign Accounts. Check assignments for

       Accumulated dep. account unpl. deprec.

       Expense account for unplanned deprec.
