Custome Access Level for License Keys

Hello,

I was able defined custom access level for almost all the link in CMC except few.

E.g License Keys, Auditing, Settings etc. I could not do it by normal means.

Is it really possible to do it or they are only visible as Admin account.

Please let me know if anybody has any idea.
