Access key problem

Hi,

I am using sap 6.0ECC . when I created a program in client 800 with user id: sapuser , it require a access key. I entered the access key 36687663221261278694. But it didn't work. Please tell me how to solve the problem ?

This prompt is requesting your Developer Key for the current system. You can ask your Basis Team to assign one to you.

Its clearly showing incorrect entry. You can do this agin with putting devloper SAPUSER in

Keys & requests ==>> sscr key ==>> Register Developer

probably you can't do that by yourself - ask your basis administration team to get a developer key for your user and for the right installation number.

The number you used seems to be from a different installation number or a different user.
