MAPPING OF MOISTURE LOSS IN PRODUCTION ORDER

Hi Experts,

Currently i was handling a implementaion for a food manufacturer, i am find difficulties in mapping the production process over here, the scenario is

"The procured raw materials are being roasted for the further operations in this comnpany and after roasting the output is being reduced with some minimum percentage and a production order have to be posted for this process for detailed explanation find the example given below.

raw material : 1kg

roasted raw material : 0.5 kg

roasting loss : 50%

for this scenario a BOM have to be formulated and with respect to that BOM a production order have to be posted.
