Removing Decimal Notation for a Quantity field

Hello Experts,

I have one field on the CRM UI Screen. When ever i am entering value as integer, say for Example : If i am entering 3 then it is showing me as 3.000. I want to avoid displaying it as 3.000, instead i want to display it only as 3.

Is there any standard way to avoid this ? if not how to do it programatically ?
