KEPM No plan data exists for the specified general data selection

Dears,

I've set up sales planning in KEPM with the below characteristics:

Distr. Channel

Material Group

Period/year

Plant

Product

Record Type

Sales Org.

Unit Sales qty

Version

It works fine with Sales Org 1000 (fixed in planning level), but when changing to Sales Org 2000 in planning level get this error

No plan data exists for the specified general data selection

Message no. KG827

Diagnosis

In the header (general data selections) for planning layout "SALES" that is currently in use, you have used a characteristic for which you have specified either a real interval (with from- and to- values) or all values ("*").

However, no planning data exists yet for the current selection

I fixed the sales org to 2000 in planning level and in planning layout and still get same error

Any help ?
