Ship to / Delivery address is coming as Blank

We are in SRM 7. We have a SRM integration. One of the user if facing issue while creating shopping cart.The ship to/ delivery address is not filled.

Same is maiantained in the attributes.

Please suggest any solution

Hi Vikrant,

Is "default" ticked as well for this address number in the user's attributes?

Also, please check the address number for it's validity in ADRC if it's correct.

Hi Ajay

Default is not checked as we have only single address. Also I have tested in TEST SYSTEM and without default the delivery address/ ship to is coming in shopping cart.

The address is valid.
