How to reset workflow explorer width in workflow builder (SWDD)

Hello,

I pulled the workflow explorer (first panel from left to right) container separator too far left and now the re-size cursor doesn't appear anymore. The result is I can't work on any workflow anymore. I deleted all own parameters of my user but it didn't bring anything. I'm already thinking about deleting my user...

Where is the width of this panel stored? Or how can I reset it (resetting the options within the workflow builder has no effect).

Hi,

try the following.

Go to customize layout (ALT+F12)-->options

Then choose Restore defaults

And restart the gui. so close all sap instances and also close the sap application.

Thanks for your proposal.

That didn't work. The display is correct in SAPGui for a different system - so I reckon this has something to do with a configuration table that is system specific.

Hi,

In the customize layout settings there is an option to delete local content, have you tried that?

Also, just resize the window and see if you can change the width of these panes.

Oh check table RSEUMOD to see if the value is stored there

I checked the table, there is definitely an entry there for my user. I don't know which one is that field - I tried to change HEAD_WIDTH from 71 to 200 but still no changes.

I haven't tinkered with this table before so take caution, but what happens when you delete the entry for your user? Then close the SAP logon completely and try again.

Thanks for all your efforts.

I deleted the entry from the table but still no change. Fortunately I don't have to work on that system anymore.

I will pursue deleting my user on that system and creating it again, just to see what happens.
