Copy express fails to connect to database

Hi Experts,

I'm having issues getting copy express to connect to my new database.

I enter the base database details and everything is ok.  when i enter the target database, i get the following error:

Failed to connect to the sap business one company ' Access to company database is not permitted; log on to sap business one and sign end user license agreement (EULA).  I log in, sign the EULA again but keep on getting this message.

Anyone have any idea how to rectify this?

Thanks for the reply Nagarajan, but this does not solve my problem.  None of my u_name fields have the value of NULL.

Any other ideas?
