Sapscript form

Hi all,

I developed a sapscript form for quotation. There is a pre-printed paper for the form.

When a preview of a document with order quantity 10 metric tonnes is made in va22, the order quantity column in the form shows 0, when the preview window is closed and re-opened again, the order quantity column showed 10metric tonnes (the correct order quantity) This is quite strange. It affects the first document in multiple printing. If I send 20 documents (each with order quantity of 10 metric tonnes) for printing using program RSNAST00, the first document printed has 0 order quantity while the other 19 each has 10 order quantity. What could be responsible for this and how do I eliminate this error by making sure that the first document has order quantity of 10 metric tonnes instead of zero.

Your assistance is highly valued. Please help me.

    Hi,

this seams to be a problem of the print program.

If you print a single quotation, you use a field on the SAPscript form, that has not been filled by the print program so far. The second run, if you do a second preview, the program is still active in memory, the field is filled from the last run and therefor now visible.

Use SAPscript debugger to verify this idea.

    Regards,

    Juergen
