No of records Doubled.

IBring data from SAP ECC table to dump in a flat text file. Seems a easy job when i check the no of records in SAP using SE11 it shows 100 K when i check the same in BODS (4.0 SP1) profile tab of the table it shows 200 K. Dumped the records in the text file and it shows that the no of records are 200 K and the same set of records continue after the first 100 K. Appreciate some one who can point out where i am making a mistake.
