Hi Pradeep.
Here you have the link for the Table Change Logging:
Two important points here:
- It only applies for new changes, so if you haven't activated yet it will be useless.
- It will activate the logging of all the customizing tables chenges done in the client that you set in the parameter. so the number can be huge. t can impact in performance. In SCU3 you can evaluate the logs and see the list of logged tables.
Thanks
In RZ10 select the profile, go to extended maintanence, click on new paramter, go to the list and try to find Rec/ Client as its a default parameter provided by SAP and you will surely find it out.
If you still don't find it let me know. Also, Please read the link provided by Jose Manuel to get a understanding of table log concept.

Hi Pradeep,
If you ahve not activated table logging then you cannot see the changes from SCU3, however if you know the user name then probably you can start the trace of activities from SM21.

Hi,
If you don't have activated the table audit neather the security audit, you can try in the Shared Cursor Cache (Oracle) of DB02. Filtering by the table, may be you find the responsible.
thanks

Hello
You need to enable logging for the table changes.
Check this link and notes
