Automatic email when an incident is closed/confirmed in ITSM

Hi Guys,

I had configured service desk and automatic email notifications except when an incident is confirmed/closed.I had specified condition and alligned it with smartform.

&CRM Service Request.Status profile& = E0008ZMI

The above is the condition I had mntioned, Guys please advice me on this to get automatic email when incident is confirmed.
