operation conformation in order reflects as cnf status but it is cancelled in co13 transaction

Hi SAP Gurus,

i have one issue that,

To my order operation-96 is conformation is cancelled  in co13. But when i have saw in my order. it is reflecting as status cnf milestone conformation. it is not shown as status prt release. and system status also for header level is showing as cnf status even though operations are cancelled.

i am thinking that users are cancelled the operations individually in co13. it has to cancell the operation with milestone operation only. please guide me.

Hi Mastan,

If you cancel milestone confirmation all the previous confirmations will get cancelled automatically. And update the order status accordingly. Please check the order confirmation in CO14 I guess users are cancelled the operations individually by CO13.

Thanks for the immediate reply,

I have checked in co14.Please find the screenshot. The users are cancelled the operations manually only.But before that they have confirmed the operations with barcode all operations.
