Save public query or searching criteria in web ui

Hi all,

In web ui, users can save search as predefined query but it's private.

Is it possible to make it available to specific group users? I checked standard component CRM_SAVEDSEARCH and found nothing related to such functionality.

Would appreciate if anybody gives a hand.

Hello Dola,

You can try as follows:-

1. Save a query and an entry will appear in the table :CRMD_SHORTCUT.

2. Change the audience type and audience key for that entry in the table to role and role value , in debug mode or by a report.

Hi Parveen,

Thank you for your quick reply and it's the closest to the correct. I have managed to share the query with other business role.

I think it's not easy to share with specific organizational group.
