Negative stock in LX02-How to clear?

1. Sales order created in VA01

2. Delivery is created in VL01N

3. Picking is done through ( RFID - Device), ( PO is created and conformed automatically).

4. Then PGI is done in VL02N.

Since, Stocks are shown in negative in interim bin 916 in LX02 (t- code), find the screen shot below

Kindly let me why negative stock might have created,how to clear it at 916.

Hello Pradeep,

Please use tCode LT01 and movement type 999 to post from the postive quant, to the negative quant which would nullify the stock.

There will always be a positive to match a negative, it may be the the picking Transfer Orders have not been confirmed, It may be you have 'shipped' more that you picked, It is unusual for a PGI to be allowed if the picking has not been completed but either way there should be positives in the system to be able to remove the negatives, Check the stock in LT10 to see where the positive stock is and after checking if it acyually exists use LT01 to move the positive stock to the negative stock and this will cancel out the negative

You have to create TO using LT03 transaction: so TO is referred to delivery.

You have probably missed a step, like RK check how the picking happened.

All you will need to do now is to manually move the stock from available location with 999 movement and place in 916 stype.

This is rectifying the error but this should not be entertained much.

can you post a screen shot of the TO that was used to pick this material?

It might not yet be confirmed.

it would be easier to evaluate if you could post a screen shot of your WM stock that includes as well the positive quants of the same material and batch combination.
