IS SAP CRM BENEFICIAL FOR ME???

Hi All,

I am a graduate (BBA), with 5 year's of experience in BPO and have very less interest in IT & various computer languanges and codes. As i have experience in customer service i received an email from an institute who offered SAP (crm) training that will cost me 400000 for 20 days of classroom training. will it upgrade my profile?????
