SHDB - Accessing Recording between clients

Hi,

Can a recording done in SHDB of one client, be accesed in another client of the same server??

Is there any option like downloading the recording from one client and uploading the same into another??

Copy the recording to a progam. Then it is available ia all clients. Programs are client independent.

Hi Adarsh,

You can download and upload the recording to another client. Double click on the recording and then use the menu Recording -> Export and in the destination client Recording -> Import.

if you double click on a recording and you

alter to change mode you can export / import your recording
