Hi experts,
I met a problem.
When i did my declaration in VE01 with free goods i don't get any price for my condition GRWR. (Because it's free).
Generally, free items are with paying items which are real value. So for this kind of items(TANN) we want to get 100% of the values item.
How did that ? I need to create an other condition in my princing procedure ?
thanks,
Umti.
Hi Mahendra,
I did the updating step step :
and the next for free item
But in my pricing but i haven't nullifying condition R100 for' the moment. So i don't understand why i haven't price up because this condition if i'm right just cancels the PR00 (and we get the PR00 price in GRWR that look perfect..) so why i haven't price in my declaration ?
so i get this in my pricing :
and for my declaration (VE01) i got this :
For my TANN item i get 0 for the statistical value...
Any ideas ?

Umti

Hi Umti,
First point, we have been successful in terms of bringing price to GRWR.
Now, next point is why your all Condition types are showing In-Active? I believe if GRWR would be active then you would have got values in VE01 as well.
Now, As Amit has suggested, Update TANN item category with X in pricing. And add R100 in your Pricing Procedure.
You are correct on a point that R100 just nullifies Net Value of line Item.
Do update us with results.

MJ.
Thanks to you'r advices i find an solution.
So i put in blank the statistical value field for TANN.
After that i put the conditon R100 after the coendition GRWR because i want a statiscal valu equal to my order.
Thank you for your help.

What did you means by " all Condition types are showing In-Active?"
I think so, if i add R100 in my pricing procedure that will not have any consequences for get my value in GRWR..
So i think the problem is other no ?
So i don't understand why i didn't get any value in VE01 ..moreover when i see the value in GRWR in order.
Any ideas ?
Ty for your endeavors.

Hi Umti,
In your screen shot of Item Conditions, Every conditions has symbol showing Yellow triange.
This means your GRWR is In-Active. And reason which I am feeling is in VOV7 for TANN condition type in pricing section it's Blank (No Pricing).
As the condition type seems to be In-Active it may not be flowing to VE01.
To counter check my comment, Look at Item condition level in Main Item and see what symbol is there next to GRWR condition type?

MJ.
Thank you experts for you'r answer.. I did you'r change and i think we are close to the goal..
I get an Statistical value in my order (for TANN item) but this value doesn't turn up in my declaration... So i meet the same problem in begining i can't do a declaration because my statistical value is 0 enven if in my order i get a statistical value for my TANN item..
Any ideas ?

Umti

Ensure for GRWR that it is positioned before the free goods condition type in the pricing procedure.

Ty sam for the solution but that not the solution who i need.
Because VRPS take the final sale cost with many others conditions. I want the same cost of PR00 because i did my GRWR condition (foreign trade) which is always equal to my PR00 (100%).
Any ideas ?

Hi Umti,
Have you maintained your condition type like this?
If yes, then your Base Value 2 is picking up KOMP-NETWR field for reference which is Zero obviously you will get GRWR = Zero. (Remove this 2),
Update From Field next to GRWR with PR00 Step number. And test your scenario again.
Let us know the result Umti.

Hi Umti,
As I mentioned in my above reply, you need to change two parameters for Item category TANN.
I think Statistical value can be blank. but you can try with BLANK or X or Y. Important setting in Pricing relevance.
After this settings, when you create the Sales order, SAP will calculate the PR00 with a nullifying condition R100. See the below screen shot.
I think this will solve your issue. Update the thread with your results.

Amit
Ok i will try to be more concret.
when i realized my declaration in VE01 (foreign trade) i met some problem for orders which include free items (price is 0 and it's is impossible to report any items with a price).
My client want a 100% of orignal cost of the items for foreign report.
I want for foreign report show 100% of my original items for free items...
How i can do that ?Any ideas ?
I hope i was be more accurate.

Hi Umti,
if you want to calculate the cost of the material for reporting purpose and material is free of charge then you have to add VPRS (cost) condition as a cost of material which will bring the value from material master.
remember the step number of this condition should be in the end in your pricing procedure.
you can refer to standard pricing procedure and see how it works.
if you have any other requirement or question please let me know i will try to help you.

Sam
Your question is a little bit confused in itself can you please explain in detail.
Generally, free items are with paying items which are real value. So for this kind of items(TANN) we want to get 100% of the values item.
How did that ? I need to create an other condition in my pricing procedure ?
you want this for reporting purpose or whats the requirement.
TANN is free of charge do you want to show its cost in some report?
please explain your requirement.

Hi Umti,
I was not able to completely understand your question, but you are asking that by adding another condition type in pricing procedure you can get 100% value of TANN items, then I would say NO as per my knowledge.
This is because item category TANN is NOT relevant for pricing by default, so even with new condition type, system will not carry out pricing.
You can try following two options.
This might help, just give a try.
If this is not what you are asking, please clarify your issue with some more details to be able to suggest the best solution.

Amit
