What is the difference between LineTotal and TotalSumSy?

In expense for purchase order table POR3 what is the difference between line total and totalsumsy fields.

In most of the cases their values are same but last time I created the Purchase Order LineTotal was the value I entered and  TotalSumSy was some other value 3.00

Please tell me what is the difference between them?

Hi Khushbu,

Linetotal is the linetotal in the System currency. TotalSumSy is the total in the document currecny.

if you go to companyDetails you can see the different currency settings.

Hi @ad.kerremans

I've done some tests and it seems that LineTotal is always in local (internal) currency.
TotalFrgn is in "currency of the document".

I've created a purchase invoice in BP Currency (GBP): 1000 GBP.
Company has EUR as internal currency, USD as system currency.

Results:

LineTotal is in internal currency not "in the currency of the document".

Can you please help understand ?
