Read GSTEXT data on lead BT108H_LEA/LeadOVViewSet save button

Hi All,

I have to put validation on Lead Save button in BT108H_LEA/LeadOVViewSet view, that if the Lead qualification level changes the user has to maintain reason for lead qualification level change. This Note will be maintained in Notes block (GSTEXT) on CRM lead screen. I need to put validation that whether the note is maintained or not. 

Please Help.
