ChaRM - Visibility of Incidents for users

Dear All,

We have followed below link to restrict visibility of incidents to users :

However all users can still see all requests in SM_CRM.

Please suggest.

Hi,

you might be still having some super level authorisation exist. Goto SUIM search all the roles for these users with the auth object CRM_ORD_PR check any other roles you have give *, instead of proper restriction.

specially on composite roles.

Can you explain what kind of restriction you want?

I suppose you mean that the transaction types are all visible? Because that's what the above link explains.

Dear Tom,

We require restriction on requests within same transaction type.

For example -

Considering 2 users - User A and User B.

Each of them create Request for Change via SM_CRM, then User A should not be able to view/edit User B's requests in SM_CRM.
