Simultaneous report jobs exceeds the limit in Launchpad

Hi Experts,

I am using BOE 4.0 SP7 Patch 1, and same version of Dashboard Designer. I created on dashboard using .UNX universe and published it to Launch pad. While running the Dashboard from Launchpad I am getting the Error as shown below. When I close and re-execute the

dashboard I am not getting but after some time I am getting the same.

I am the only person connected to Launchpad at that time. Anybody have any idea why I am getting this error and what is the resolution for this?

Have you checked the number of active sessions in CMC using CMC Home -> Sessions. Also you can check the active running jobs using Instance manager.

I would suggest you to tweak the parameter below.(Maximum Concurrent Jobs)

There are only 3 open sessions not much, I have not seen any running jobs in instance manager even the dashboard is in running state in Launchpad. The maximum concurrent jobs is set default 0. the default value for my server is considered as 20. And the issue is not always reproducible, it is intermediate error.

Any reports scheduled?

No, nothing has scheduled.

Hi Deepa,

If you can install fidller (http watch) tool at your end and reproduce this issue again.

You will see some calls in the logs.

Select the one which shows the error and update here.

I have installed Fiddler but unable to stream my network traffic due to some security setting in Windows 7.

Any way, Below is the screen shot of Dashboards Processing server metrics when I got the error.

This may give you some idea. When Number of Open Jobs = 20 and number of Open sessions < 20, I did not get the error. But when  Number of Open Jobs = 20 and number of Open sessions > 20, I got the error. Do you have any idea which is causing issue, and resolution for this?
