Hi Experts,
There are few contract document types configured. Few Phases are defined per Document Type.
Requirement is to control the visibility of those legal contract document (based on contract document types & its phase) to suppliers. As an example - I only want to allow the supplier to see the Contract Document Type 1, Contract Document Type 2 but not Contract Document Type 3 in the same master agreement & visible only when they are advanced to particular Phase?
Is this do-able by standard configuration at Phases or do we need to enhancement?
Thanks
This is controlled by the contract document phase configuration. Within a phase config, you set the visibility to each phase. The contract document phase config is tied to a contract document type. You can use the same phase config across contract document types to get consistency. For CD1 and CD2 it could have phase config A assigned to each. For CD3, you would need a separate phase config with a different visibility setting. Note, for a supplier to be able to view a contract document it must also be made visible to them by setting the "Published to Supplier on" checkbox and date.
