Filtering Second Parameter Based on First Parameter in Crystal Report

Hi experts,

I want to know whether it is possible to filter second parameter based on first parameter selection in crystal Report for SAP Business One.

I have Checked with below sample :

Country@SELECT distinct Country FROM OCST

State@SELECT code, name FROM OCST WHERE (Country = '@Country')

but it not working for me.

Pls help ..

Hi Yadav

Please use cascading parameter comcept in your report. This will give you values in the second parameter drop down basis the value selected in the upper level parameter.

Hi Himanshu,

While using cascading parameter concept ,filtering is working from print preview option from Crystal Report View Menu ,while taking preview from SAP Business One drop down list is not coming only blank text field  is coming.

If the Cascading Prompt does not work in SAP B1, please re-post to the SAP B1 space here.

You can crete dynamic cascading prompts in crystal reprot. Please refer below link
