Update button not available in Setup-General-Users.

We need to update the manager user with Mobile option and add the mobile No and Device ID. But Update button not available in Setup-General-Users. Only Add and Cancel buttons are there. The License is installed for this Company.

Only superuser has the provision to do such updates ... Login as a super user and try

I have logged in as manager which is a super user got created by default when the company was created and has full authorisation and professional license attached to it

Still when I go to setup-general-user it does not show any list of users to select and update button is not there

Hi Parag,

You need to change the users-setup form to find mode and find the user instead of type in user name in the add mode.

Hi,

Yes. Only super user can assign mobile user.
