Cannot change Person Responsible for oDATA Project

Hi,

We have a set of of oDATA Projects which have been created by a SAP User, say USERA. Now a new User, say USERB has been bought in to take over the work done by USERA. USERA has moved on. These have been created in Gateway 2.0 SP06.

When we try to change the person responsible for a particular oDATA Project in Gateway Service Builder (TCode => SEGW) we get the message "Action not possible". Please refer to the screen shot given below for reference

We are trying to change the Person responsible by right-clicking on the oDATA project in Gateway Service Builder and selecting the option "Object Directory Entry" in Change mode.

These oDATA projects have already been transported from Development to QA.

How do we resolve this issue? And how do we change the Person responsible for a particular oDATA project and then transport this to QA and beyond? Any help in this regard would be appreciated.
