Error in License Check in IDES

Hi All, 

Am unable to login to my IDES Ehp 6.0 with user " SAPUSER " .  

Getting an error like "Logon not possible(error in license check)" . 

I have checked in SLICENSE T-code from user 'SAP*' the expiration date is 21.12.2030 . 

Could any one help on the above .

Hi,

Did you check below its status green or red.

Compare your  system shown hardware key with portal hardware key if your system is running on a virtualized hardware.

Did you install the license with the right hardware key ?

The System date is the Current date , its fine....

Check the below note .

1512766 - Most common reasons for error message: "Logon not possible (error in license check)"

Note 1440360 - Error in license check - Invalid parameter HANDLE

Note 1717857 - Protecting the license key memory

Check which one can help you.

Or try this,

If you get a (similar warning) directly after the logon:

"License expiration date: 05.12.2008 (in 10 days)", please proceed like

this:

-Execute report SSF_ALERT_CERTEXPIRE

   -> As a result you will see a list of already imported certificates

   and their expiration date. Tickets that are expiring soon are high-

   lighted in red, tickets that are already expired are highlighted in

   yellow

-Execute transaction STRUST to delete by expired and expiring tickets
