CRMD_ORDER opportunity ->partner tab 'display' button action not displaying the data as a pop up.

Hello Experts,

Recently we had some upgradations in our CRM system. After upgradation we observe that in CRMD_ORDER tcode when we give some opportunity number we can see 'Patner Tab' in which we have buttons like Display, Delete , Business partner master data , Address list or so.

When we click on all the rest of the buttons it does its functionality properly but when we click on the 'DISPLAY' button it is supposed to open a popup window and display the selected  line data which is currently not displaying.

Can some one help me what can we do to fix this issue ?.

We feel that may be some patches might be missing or is there any customization settings done such that popup is not supressed.

If you are using SAP CRM 5.2 or above, then CRMD_ORDER transaction is no longer supported.  Please read OSS Note 1118231, which was released on 8/06/2008.

In addition from a moderator point of view, this is the wrong place to ask your question as this only deals with the CRM Webclient related issues and not those related to using the SAP GUI with SAP CRM.  A simple search on CRMD_ORDER and upgrade would have shown several related threads or documents related to this point.

Hi,

   If you want to see the Business Partner Master Data, after selecting the line you can clcik on 'Business Partner Master or 'Address list'.

   If you clcik on Address list you can see the details of selecting line.
