Issue with Quota entitlements


Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue, when someone leaves the organization in a previous year (before year 2013) and then is rehired in this year (2013) the (Entitlements) Quota number is zero, but Used and Compensated numbers are still populated from the previous year, so Available quota gets negative.

When we rehire an ee who got separated previous year , this is causing the Available Quota to be negative.

When we see in PT50, it has an "Accrual information" tab, that shows how much AL and SL have been Generated,When the TE runs runs after a rehire, it should be adding up the generated quota, and placing it in the Number field of IT2006.But it is not doing that, on the rehire date, the Number field in IT2006 has been set to zero.

Can anyone help me.
