Getting error in Communication Channel

Hi,

I am getting error in File adapter Communication channel. The scenario is like encrypted to decrypted. third party to file scenario.

1.Is it a basis Issue?

2. If yes, How to resolve it?

I have tried stop and start of the channel, its still giving an error.

Please suggest.
